What is a gift card used for?
A gift card allows you to give conversion credits to be used on our conversion apps. The recipient can then activate their code and use their credits to convert entire songs.
How to purchase a gift card
The purchase can be completed in a few steps:
- Go to the gift cards page: From our website, open the page dedicated to gift cards in the app (or the gift cards section from your help center/menu): https://latouchemusicale.com/en/app/gift-voucher/
- Choose the gift card: Select the offer that matches your budget and the number of conversions you want to offer.
- Add a message (optional) and choose the delivery date: You can write a short personalized message, then select a delivery date by email (immediate or scheduled).
- Proceed to payment: After validation, you will receive a confirmation email. The recipient will then receive an email containing the gift card on the chosen date.
When and how the recipient receives the gift card
The gift card is sent by email to the address you provided, with:
- the code to activate it,
- instructions for using it,
- a link to the activation page.
If you have scheduled a delivery date, the email will be sent automatically on that day.
Common issues and solutions
I can't find the gift card email
Start by checking:
- the Spam/Junk folder,
- the “Promotions” tab (Gmail) or similar filters,
- searching with keywords such as “gift card,” “La Touche Musicale,” or the name of the app.
I entered the wrong email address
If the address is incorrect, the recipient will not receive the gift card. Contact our support team with the following information:
- the email address used for the purchase,
- the date of purchase,
- the incorrect address and the correct address to use. We will help you correct the delivery if possible.
The delivery date has passed, but nothing has been received
First, check your spam folder. If nothing appears, contact support with:
- your purchase email address,
- the first and last name if you entered it,
- the scheduled delivery date,
- the recipient's email address.
