Before you begin
A gift card adds credits to your account. These credits then allow you to launch full conversions.
Reminder: 1 credit = 1 full piece converted.
How to activate your gift card
Activation is done directly from your account on the La Touche Musicale Hub:
- Log in (or create your account)Go here: https://hub.latouchemusicale.com/auth/signup
- Open your “My Account” pageDirect access: https://hub.latouchemusicale.com/my-account
- Scroll down to the bottom of the pageYou will see a section dedicated to gift codes.
- Enter your code and confirm
- Paste your unique code into the field provided.
- If your gift card is a SOLO offer (dedicated to one application), select the relevant application.
- Confirm the activation.
Your credits will then be activated immediately. You can start converting your tracks on the chosen app, or on all apps depending on the type of gift card.
When the credits appear
In most cases, the credits appear immediately after the code has been validated.
If you don't see them immediately:
- refresh the page,
- then log out and log back in (this sometimes forces the display to update).
If your gift card corresponds to an offer with monthly credits (subscription type), your credits will then be automatically refreshed on the 1st of each month according to the associated offer, until your gift card expires.
Mini troubleshooting (the most common cases)
Invalid code
Check:
- that you have copied the entire code (without spaces at the beginning or end),
- common confusions (O and 0, I and 1).
If the code remains invalid, contact support with your account email and the code.
Code already used
This means that the code has already been activated on an account (often another email address or another login method).
Contact support with:
- your email address,
- the code,
- and, if possible, the email address used during the purchase.
You are on the wrong account
This is very common if you have multiple email addresses or if you sometimes log in via Google/Apple.
Solution: log in again with the email address you want your credits to be sent to, then try again. If the code has already been activated on another account, contact support.
Credits not visible after activation
Try:
- refreshing the page,
- logging out/logging back in,
- checking the “My Account” page: https://hub.latouchemusicale.com/my-account
If the problem persists, send the following to support:
- your email address,
- the code,
- a screenshot of the “gift codes” section.
