Where Can I Download My Transcribed Files?

When you perform an automatic transcription on ViolinConvert, your files are securely stored for 30 days in your personal dashboard. To download them, simply follow these steps:

🎻 How to Download Your Transcriptions

1️⃣ Go to ViolinConvert

2️⃣ Log in to your account (if you haven’t already) by clicking the “Log in” button at the top of the page

3️⃣ Open the “My Transcriptions” section from the navigation menu:

➡ https://hub.latouchemusicale.com/violinconvert/my-transcriptions

4️⃣ Locate your transcribed pieces. You’ll see helpful details such as:

• Title & composer

• Transcription status & expiration date

• Download format options

5️⃣ Click the download icon next to your piece and choose the formats you want:

✅ PDF (clean standard violin notation)

✅ MIDI

✅ MusicXML

📌 Important: ViolinConvert stores your transcriptions for 30 days. After this time, they are automatically deleted from our servers to minimize environmental impact. We recommend downloading your files as soon as possible to avoid losing them.
