When uploading a file to SingConvert, you can now choose between two types of audio content:
• A vocal-only track, containing only voice with no instruments (recommended)
• A multi-instrument track, which includes vocals along with other instruments
If you choose the multi-instrument option, SingConvert will automatically isolate the vocal part using a high-quality stem separation system, then transcribe only the vocal melody into sheet music (PDF, MIDI, MusicXML). This ensures that all instrumental parts are ignored, so you get clean and focused vocal notation.
1) 🎤 Vocal-only track
Select this option if your audio contains only vocals, with no instruments or backing tracks.
This is the best option to achieve the most accurate vocal transcription. Your file will be processed and transformed into sheet music available in PDF, MIDI, and MusicXML formats.
Recommended examples:
• A cappella recordings
• Solo vocal takes
• Isolated vocal tracks without any background instrumentation
2) 🎼 Multi-instrument track (including vocals)
Select this option if your audio includes multiple instruments, but you only want the vocal melody transcribed.
SingConvert will isolate and extract the vocal line, ignoring all other instruments in the mix. The output files will contain only the vocal part, in PDF, MIDI, and MusicXML formats.
Recommended examples:
• Pop songs with vocals and instruments
• Band or orchestral arrangements featuring a singer
• Multi-track compositions that include a vocal line
