Even if you follow all our best practices, DrumConvert may still produce a few transcription errors. Automatic drum transcription is a complex process, and mistakes like misidentified drum hits, missing notes, or slight timing inaccuracies can occasionally occur.
DrumConvert generates standard drum notation, which you should carefully review to ensure the transcription reflects your performance as accurately as possible.

🥁 2) Try another version of the track
If you’re not tied to a specific recording, consider using a different version of the same drum performance.
For better accuracy:
✅ Use a recording with isolated drums and minimal background noise
✅ Choose a studio-quality version over a live performance
✅ Pick a simplified groove if available
✏ 3) Manually correct errors in the drum score
If you want to keep a specific version, the best option is to edit the MIDI file manually to adjust timing or notation issues.
Most drum or MIDI editors allow you to:
✅ Correct rhythmic inconsistencies
✅ Adjust note placements or velocities
✅ Add missing drum hits or rests
Here are some free tools to help you edit your drum MIDI files:
• Signal
Once you’ve refined the MIDI file, you can convert it into a clean PDF drum score using notation software like MuseScore or Flat.io.
🎼 4) Transcribe again with musical context
Before launching the transcription, you can help DrumConvert improve accuracy by inputting details such as:
✅ Time signature (e.g. 4/4, 6/8)
✅ BPM (tempo)
This helps align the rhythmic grid and enhances the overall transcription quality.
