Plans and credits: how does it work?

Understand the difference between the free trial (30 seconds) and a full conversion, the principle of credits, and the differences between the Solo, Galaxy, and Universe plans.

Free trial: 30 seconds to test the quality

You can use our conversion apps for free with a 30-second preview.

This free trial allows you to quickly check:

  • whether you are satisfied with the result,
  • whether you have chosen the right mode (Transcription or Arrangement),
  • whether the detected instruments match your audio.

In the free trial, conversion is limited to 30 seconds. You will not have access to the entire song until you use a credit.

To learn more: “30-second free trial: how it works (and how to use it effectively)”.

Full conversion: 1 credit = 1 full song

To convert an entire song, you must use a conversion credit.

The rule is simple: 1 credit = 1 complete conversion of a song.

A complete conversion allows you to process the entire song and retrieve your files (PDF, MIDI, MusicXML, tablature depending on the app), whether you use Transcription Mode or Arrangement Mode.

Credits can come from:

  • a subscription (credits renewed each month),
  • or a gift card (credits added to your account each month).

The offers: Solo, Galaxy, Universe (what's the difference?)

Our subscriptions give you access to a number of monthly credits and, depending on the offer, to more or fewer applications.

Solo offer

  • 10 full conversions per month
  • Can be used on one app (the one you choose)

Galaxy offer

  • 100 full conversions per month
  • Can be used on all conversion apps (PianoConvert, GuitarConvert, SingConvert, BandConvert, etc.)

Universe plan

  • 300 full conversions per month
  • Can be used on all conversion apps
  • Also includes access to the PianoGo piano learning app and its catalog of 3,000+ songs to play on the piano.

If you use multiple apps (e.g., piano + guitar + voice), Galaxy or Universe plans allow you to avoid being limited to a single app.

Monthly vs. annual: what's the difference?

You can choose between:

  • a monthly subscription (paid each month),
  • or an annual subscription (paid once a year, with a 50% discount compared to the monthly subscription).

In both cases, the credits work the same way: you have a quota of full monthly conversions included in your plan, which are reloaded at the beginning of each month as long as your subscription remains active.

What you need to remember (in one sentence)

  • Free trial = 30 seconds to test.
  • Full conversion = 1 credit per song.
  • Subscription = monthly credits (Solo 10, Galaxy 100, Universe 300 + PianoGo).

To go further

  • To choose the right app: “Which app to choose according to your goal (piano, guitar, sax, voice, etc.)”
  • To purchase or activate a code: “Gift cards: purchase a card” and “Gift cards: activate a card and redeem your credits”
